Here is the thing. Two things can be true at the same time.
– 1. We can deeply desire, even crave love, and
– 2. Heavily reject love when it’s here.
This might seem paradox at first but is very common and – actually – a totally normal human response.
Here is what you need to understand:
The journey of spiritual empowerment is one many of us go through, often starting without even realizing it. At first, you might feel disconnected from your true spiritual nature. Then comes the moment of awakening, where you begin to sense a higher power but may find yourself giving all your energy away, trusting the universe to do it all for you. Eventually, you realize that true empowerment means taking responsibility for your life. It’s here, through trial and error, that you find balance—co-creating with the universe, embracing both your personal power and divine guidance.
We accept the love we think we deserve based on what we are familiar with from our childhood. But your upper limit shouldn’t have been determined by your parents… break through the glass ceiling they have provided for you and break free!
I’ve noticed this common fear of speaking freely due to the belief that words manifest reality in the spiritual community and the people I work with. However, it’s important to understand that the spoken word is merely a reflection of the energy already present within us. Censoring ourselves only suppresses the opportunity to understand and shift our internal energy.
“The suffering ends when it [the suffering] has become bigger than the fear of facing and going through the pain that has been causing the suffering.” If there was no suffering, we wouldn’t look for the wound, however, with no wound, there would be no suffering. In that sense, suffering is created to bring us back to wholeness.
Comparison is the thief of everything you have been working for. And although we know it’s not good for us, we still find ourselves comparing everyone we meet against ourselves. Unless you are a narcissist and automatically think everyone is below you, you are familiar with that stomach-sinking-sensation when you look at others…
