HOW IT WORKS
Our bodies have the ability to remember everything and store the emotions of every trauma, rejection, disappointment, and negative encounter deep in their tissues. Unfelt and repressed emotions don't just go away. They are being stuffed back into the body if they don't get released, and they create blockages that take a toll on the emotional, mental and physical body. If these blockages are left un-cleared they manifest as physical symptoms and, worst case, diseases in the physical body. All disease starts as an energetic imbalance and from there, manifests into a physical issue.
The energies of stuck emotions lower your immune system, your resilience, and the ability to think clearly, and cause immense stress on the body and mind.
Stuck energy of emotions keeps you stuck in your old patterns, making it extremely difficult to move on from them even if you have all the mental willpower to do so, as the energy of the emotions that is fuel for these patterns is still in your body, sabotaging your efforts and pulling you back into your old ways like a rubber band.
The system was specifically developed to help humans get back to our original state of health and spiritual well-being.

HOW A SESSION WORKS
THE SESSION IS DONE COMPLETELY REMOTE. I connect to your energy to locate the 60 main imbalances that are affecting your issue and are ready to be released at this time, and with the help of the archangels, pull them out of your energetic system where they are being returned to the source to be recycled. Although I will only list the main 60 imbalances ALL imbalances that you are able to release that day will be removed, making this a very powerful session!

🌸 Although the release is designed to be facilitated as gently as possible, because of the releasing nature about 30% of people may experience a period of "detox" as a result of their sessions you might notice some of the following effects after a session due to the energy leaving your system:
- suppressed memories related to the imbalance coming up like an echo
- body aches - feeling more emotional after a session
- having wild and vivid dreams the night following the release (release through dream state)
Please note: It's completely normal to experience these symptoms after a release. Since the key to freedom method is designed to be as gentle as it is effective, you'll often also "just" experience increased well-being after a session without going through the detoxification symptoms. It depends on your system and every session and person is different as we are constantly shifting and evolving. Equally, if you don't notice a difference straight away, it doesn't mean the session didn't work. This is very personal work and it will always do what is in your highest good. It also depends on where you are at in your personal journey and what is being released.
Releasing energetic imbalances can take time, since if too much is removed at once, it can cause the body to detox, since negative energy is a form of toxin. The subconscious mind is in charge of the organization and release of these imbalances and it is ALWAYS done with the utmost of care.
