In these inner child healing sessions we dive into the blind spots and hidden wounds that are subconsciously running and potentially affecting your daily life by a part of you that is very much alive, but has been forgotten – your inner child aspects. Carefully, we bring them to the surface and create space for deep healing and liberation for that part of you, that has been waiting to be heard by you for a long time.

With love and compassion and deep care we give your inner child space to be heard, seen and understood – sometimes for the first time in their life.
This process creates deep healing and liberation of stuck and wounded parts. Much of what your inner child parts want is to be seen and acknowledged.
Our inner child is a massive force that has the power to block us from or propel us forward towards our dreams and goals.
Once your inner child receives what it craves it is much more willing to work with you instead of against you. Your ability to connect with yourself, the security, safety and self-trust to follow what feels good and true for you regardless of outer experiences will strengthen as a natural consequence. You reclaim and reintegrate lost parts of yourself and as a result, more ease, peace, calm, happiness and clarity for your personal alignment with your deeper desires and dreams will enter your life. We build your ability for heart-guided self-leadership, not from a place of forcing yourself or pushing through resistance, but from a place of natural flow.
Consistency is important when we work with the inner child, so these sessions are based on a monthly subscription; however, you can cancel them anytime.

The sessions
I will be connecting to your spirit guides in order to determine the appropriate healing modality for every session that will be in your highest good.
In this 1:1 guiding and healing session we will look into what’s holding you back from creating the empowered life you desire, and the healing and steps that need to happen, in order to come closer to your dreams.

My sessions are a safe space for you to unpack your hurts, wounds, traumas. A safe space to talk about your dreams and fears that are preventing you from going after them. And if you are not aware of your wounds or don’t know what your dreams are – don’t worry, we’ll unpack them together :-).
We will be working with the guidance from your Higher Self and your Spirit Guides, channelled meditations, healing, clearing of ancestral lines, as well as some coaching tools. These sessions are well structured but at the same time highly intuitive so that you’ll get from it what you currently need in the moment to move forward in your life.
